I purchased this on 5/12/20 and it worked well for about 5 charges when the braded line broke off in the head.  I removed lower cover as described,  extracted the old  line, replaced the cover  and had difficulty threading the new line so I removed the cover again and found the line would go through. I replaced the cover and did pass the line through.  When I pressed the button to wind the line however the machine sucked the line back into the head.  This was accompanied by a clattering noise.  I tried again several times but the line won't wind.  I have tried to call customer service several times but I just get a message that due to the virus crises they can't take my call and to call back later.  Very annoying.

*I have used Stihl for over 20 years 🌴 **allabout.wiki/EGO** and after reading some reviews of this trimmer, I tried EGO Power+, and I'm going to switch. Compared to several Stihl trimmers I've had, this one is easier to start, quieter, and feels at least as well built . A major plus is it doesn't have the wonky, always leaking, complicated gas tank caps that Stihl has.*

The powerload stopped working on the 3rd time. No direction on how to load manually. Trimmer is useless after just a couple months.
