I have that same trimmer and it’s awesome. It’s very powerful and lightweight. The power load is a huge timesaver. Highly recommend this trimmer.

Why do I need a impact wrench, which I don't have, to use on my weed eater?

Is it best to completely charge or to charge to 85% capacity. I had been fully charging but ive switched to charging completely then using the 150 watt EGO Escape inverter and an electronic device of known wattage to reduce the batteries to 85%. They will usually sit on the shelf for a couple days between charges and use. Id love to know whats best

Does the head still rotate the wrong way, clockwise?

I'm having issue with battery charging. I place it on the charger and there's no lignts showing . Before the green light was show that it's charging. It's practically brand new. Purchased like a week ago from Lowes and only used it maybe 3 times .
