Recruitmentfilm I made for The Arctic University of Norway UIT. It is one in a series of eight films about the life of teachers and students of the Music Conservatory Department of Fine Arts. The films are in the style of modern videoblogs. Much of the footage is shot by the subjects themselves for authenticity.
