We should be having a debates on how to change this old system for the good. We are just going around in circles, talking about ministers and politicians bulls...t. we don't really care. Strikes are only getting worse with this broken system. Change the education system, and then we can change job entitlement for this new AI world.

This is an Absurd idea!! People are dying NOW while they are In the hospital due to massive amounts of medical mistakes! This morning the DM had yet Another story of a young man who Lost His Legs because they missed the diagnosis of Septicemia AGAIN! All he needed was an effective antibiotic and now he has no Legs! Every month I read Another story of people who have Died due to missed diagnosis and testing! Now they want to do this?? Hundreds of thousands will die if this is implemented instead of firing the top heavy management, absurd "job" categories, BAD doctors, etc. There are already video "visits' and people can't even get to see their doctors with that! Those who do are dying because they were ignored, and put into a que to see their doctor or Any doctor! They want to pass the responsibility for patient diagnoses and care to the nurses so that when they are sued the doctors and the hospital can't be touched! The NHS And the government want the nurses, pharamcists, and midwives, and probably the cleaning staff, to do the job of doctors and it will be a total catastrophe!
As a Nurse I woud Refuse to do this because I want my patients to recover and go home!
I am skilled within my educational nursing parameters, but I am NOT a doctor, x-ray machine, laboratory scientist, or coroner!
Apparently 500 peope Dying Every Week is still leaving too many people Alive!
