I can imagine this theme playing part in some horror movie challenge:





Protagonists are trapped in an unknown base, they're given a tetris-block board--the size of a dinning table, and they're ordered to ensure they don't lose--otherwise--it'll be the final "Game Over" for a contestant. The music comes into play as part of a timer (maybe about 10 min?), and every time a contestant breaks the tetris-block chains, the game escalates rapidly, as a member also falls... Faster blocks, reduced time...
