Had the JC 116660 2017 model and💙it. However I rather much prefer the wider 22mm bracelet on the 126660 which I currently own 2022 model. Sold the 116660 JC and never looked back. Thought I wanted the new 136660 JC but made no sense why Rolex removed the diver’s extension yet raised the price. For me the best example is the JC 126660. To each their own!!

Going to a slimmer bezel on the 136660 really doesn't make sense from a functional perspective as it exposes the crystal edge to chipping. I think the 126660 is the sweet spot.

Tried on the 136600. 7.6 inch wrist fits like a dream. Bit loud for me and would go the 116600 all black because if the proven movement and less ostentatious. The newer movement will have to prove its worthiness

116660 Mk 1 was the best. Tapered bracelet balanced the case and was elegant. 22mm lugs made the case look more square and chunky. Domed crystal > 136660 crystal. Fliplock included even if removed and put in box (what i did). Coronet on Mk 1 dial unique to DSSD.

Speculation but I've had both in hand - even later 116660 were chunkier than M serial.

You should do an update now that the 136660 no longer has "Sead-weller" on the dial. It's now simply a Deepsea

I just got my 136660 and thought it was a fake until i saw this video. all the other sea dwellers have the extra folding bit on the end of the band and this model doesn't.
Thanks for the clarification DavidSW

Not that Oisin O Malley reads any of these comments; the Challenger reference 126067 is Rolex’ biggest diver at 50mm. It’s MSRP as of 12/2024 is $25, 950. Currently listed on Chrono 24 for $56, 482 and Luxury of Watches for $46, 995.

136660 for me was most comfortable out of the 3 deepsea.

I have a 7 3/8" wrist. Watch looks good on it. I think I'll get the 136660 and give my son my 126610LN.
