Afghanistan is a country that has gone through a persistent drought that has taken its toll on the farmers, its economy, and food security. In a bid to find a solution to all this, the Taliban has decided to build what might be the largest artificial river in Asia, the Qosh Tepa Canal. We are talking about digging a trench about 177 miles (editor insert 285 KM) long.
