I was in Qosh Tepa Canal a month ago in Balkh province. They are working day and night to complete it as soon as possible. the public and gov, both have a very special attention to this project. I hope we could see the results soon inshallah.

Afghanistan is converting from war economy in 43 years to rebuilding economy. They have potential and they have talents and human ressources. The Afghans defeated 2 super powers in 30 years, so I'm pretty sure they can build the country they love.
