Afghanistan is trying to tackle it's water problem by building Asia's largest artificial river in the desert. This gigantic mega project is already under and costs a staggering $500 million dollars. Afghanistan is converting from war economy in 43 years to rebuilding economy. They have potential and they have talents and human ressources. The Afghans defeated 2 super powers in 30 years, so I'm pretty sure they can build the country they love.
