Greek Destroyer as next Campaign? Interesting.

Did a little research. Formerly USS Charrette, DD-581, Fletcher-class. Sold to Greece in 1959. Remained in service until 1991. Preserved as a museum ship in Palaio Faliro, Athens.

Originally named for Lieutenant George Charrette who received the Medal of Honor for his bravery in the Spanish-American War.

While in the Greek Navy, she was modified somewhat. Losing one of her 5in turrets (bringing the number of main guns down to 4), had 3x2 3in guns installed for AA Defence, and mounted 1x5 and 2x3 torpedo launchers.

These two triple launchers were SPECIFICALLY for the Mk 44 and Mk 46 anti-submarine torpedoes which were smaller in diameter (325mm or 12.8in) compared to the Mk 14 533mm (21in) torpedoes.

Why can't we get a Russian cruiser, Battleship, or Destrooyer for next campaign? When was the last time a russian shipe was a campaign?

I do like fletcher class dd's. There's a few in the game now but they're one of my favorite ships to play so another premium fletcher class will be appreciated.
