The img tag is the way of displaying a static image on a web page. You can normally use it whenever an image is actually a part of the content .

img tag has some important attributes one of the mandatory is src. This defines the image to be displayed. Typically, the src is a URL, but a data representation of the image can also be used in some cases.

With the help marquee tag you can scroll your text and image horizontally or vertically by using its attributes, you can also control the speed of scrolling with the help scrollamount attribute.
