Yes, I agree with some of your views ie., car sitting 95%of it’s life, traffics, etc., an E-bike, good idea for
short trips but can’t haul heavy load or long distances. I will say this “ We wasted 30% of our energy
by keeping lights on in all our offices, homes stores when unoccupied. School buses, 18 wheelers etc.,
left motors running while in idles all the time. Some common sense, can immediately save energy and 
reduce pollution “.
