tried to use windows 7 for reshade, game wouldnt launch. doesn't work for some people really weird same with graphics mods not working and needing to be on windows 7

I need a scripthook v etc etc thats working with gta v offline and also a way to NEVER have steam update anything again.. ive modded storymode like 10times im sick of it. And rightnow i cant even get gta to startup

When I do this it tells me rockstar failed to initialize, does it have to do with me using the epic games launcher?

This worked but the game crashes like hell when I load. There's also a message from the creator of ENB saying the authors of NVE and QuantV were scammers so they stopped working on it lol

running in ccompatibility mode mmake rockstar think i dont have the game installed

Didn't work - tried this but the game just renders a black screen now. Claims that ENB is loading, but I can't even get to the main menu. Second I disabled the compatibility, game started working again but ENB doesn't load.
