Mine is just fast blinking and won't connect

How are you meant to get this to work without downloading the app? Google Play doesnt let me download the app, and I'm unable to contact the company directly (all the emails/phone #'s are wrongly stated online, etc). I'm afraid I've bought products which should have been recalled long ago, since they are unable to serve their intended purpose due to a defunct company.

How can i reset a bulb that has already been paired? It's been deleted from my app, trying to put it in smart mode doesn't work. So the light does stay illuminated, but I can't utilize any of the smart functions.

My bulbs worked on my last router however we recently got a new router and it is said to be more powerful which i didnt think would make anything different. My bulbs do not work anymore and it is very frustrating that i true for hours everynight.

Mine was working but toddler turned light switch off and on and now it will not connect. Just blinks.

i want to say this helped, but it didn't i followed the steps, and the bulb is rapidly flashing, but when it tries to connect, it says there was a cloud server issue.

spent 1 hour trying to set this up using the manual and watching this video. the quick flashing never comes up, just slow blinks about 2 sec apart. had a few friends to also try help and set it up same thing, cant get it going properly. we then set it up downrange to use a shooting target. not only did i lose money buying this crap i lost money on who would shoot it first.
