- Each Black response is now ordered in popularity. The course is structured by looking at the most common moves you are likely to face first, and then covering all the other alternatives.
- What's the latest theory? – All will be answered in the course! Expect bang-up-to-date essential theory and strategies for playing both as White and Black.
- Included model games to help you understand Black's moves and plan accordingly.
- Annotated pgn files included for every chapter.
- 13+ hours of video, suitable for experienced Jobava London System players and newcomers looking to dominate the centre and crush with 1.d4.
- Bonus material – Have you ever thought about playing 1.Nc3?!
- Secret Bonus Breakdown video – in addition to the course materials, exclusive to course purchasers.

A short video explaining some of the new ideas that you should be playing in the Jobava London System. What's new in the opening and why should you now be playing in a different way?

It is an amazing course, tons of new ideas, and great explanations of key ideas! Exactly what is missing from all the other courses out there.

Enjoying your content. I love playing the London and have been interested in the Jobava. Watching the videos from the course now. You and Blair are a great team. Appreciate your content and instructional material!!

Hey, Simon, given that this course is the "new" Jobava London 2.0, so to speak, since chessable is a fantastic platform for learning new openings, would you consider upgrading your existing Jobava course on chessable to include this newest Jobava?

Purchase this earlier today. Going through the common ideas, and things seem really promising so far. There's a lot of new ideas that look more fun to play than the previous iterations of the course. Can't wait to see what the theory sections look like.

I once abandoned the Jobava London due to the 3.Bf5-lines with 5.f3. Now with the new ideas I am back again!
Still I'm not entirely sure if the pawn storm in the 3...a6 4...e6 line is my cup of tea but I'll give it a shot

Any plans to release this course on chessable? Love your content! I own many of your courses and I find your way of explaining positions is masterclass. Your courses are always fun and the ideas stick. By the way I was part of one of your live classes and you gave me a suggestion to try using the stonewall dutch against my dad. It worked out very well but I find the classical dutch is also effective against my dad.

Just started watching and it’s brilliant. It’s entertaining, of course, but what love is that it’s based on ideas and their rationale not memorising moves. I’d buy the equivalent French in a blink.

Hi Simon, I've just watched the 10 minute intro video for this course on the GingerGM page. I hadn't seen the original course, but when you asked Blair at the end if he was in a better mental state than in the last course it cracked me up, and I've decided to buy the full course as I could do with the lightheartedness right now, to be honest. Looking forward to it, I'm sure it will aid me in becoming more than just a small time, petty wood pusher. Cheers.

Nice to see an updated course with the potential for continual updates as time goes on. Do you feel like your Black Lion course needs the same treatment--is there an updated Black Lion on the horizon? Or do you think that course is still viable in today's chess-meta?

I have the "Iron English" book and it is a good book, writing about the ideas first . Simon is a good teacher.

awesome course, just bought it thanks for the hard work, I'm a big fan of this opening. Also great job with other Jobava courses, for full Jobava preparation I would also suggest Naroditsky/Bortnyk Jobava pgn course and Niemann chessable one. Cheers!

What I've learned from watching the video: Simon Williams needs to become a braver man in order to bestow upon us people the glory of witnessing his blazer in person. 0:39. On a more serious note, I am curious if you have looked into the sideline of 4.Na6 5.e3 **Be7** 6.g4!! I looked into it and it has only ever been played 11 times in master games yet the computer shows it to be very playable. White either gets a raging attack on the kingside or ends out in a very imbalanced position in the middle game (either by pawn structure or material) often with nice piece placement.

Have you taken a look into Daniels Opening Course? Do you have a lot of overlap in the variations? How do your courses differ?

Hi, Simon!

The line

1.d4 d5 2.Nc3 Nf6 3.Bf4 e6 4.Nb5 Bb4+! 5.c3 Ba5 6.a4 a6 7.b4 Nc6! 8.bxa5 axb5 9.axb5 Nxa5 10.e3 Bd7

has been presented as an equalizer for black and SF14 seems to agree with that.

Have you discovered something new here?

Love your content! I want to support you directly, but I enjoy the Chessable app version and it's ease with mobility. Any chance for an update over on that platform? Or a mobile app version of your platform?
