Totally agree with you, my brother paid 7, 11, 000 to his wife sa the time of divorce. She stayed only for 3 months, no kids nothing, she herself moved out of divorce. At the time of marriage she didn't brought anything. But for divorce she took amount from us. Now a days girls has made this business to earn money easily.

Well, the wife can also deny the amount if she's financially stable even after the divorce.
