The U.S. Conference of CATHOLIC Bishops 'Building Intercultural Competence' Image

The face of the Catholic Church is changing and Non- white Europeans now constitute the majority of faithful in the Church world wide. In order to meet the demands that this shift has placed on the Church in the last few years, The United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) have made cultural diversity a top priority. In response to this priority and a greater need for dialogue, workshops titled "Building Intercultural Competency for Ministers" or BICM have been initiated throughout the country.
