I don't know why everyone is scaring people by talking like the SEC appealing would make any difference to us is the equivalent of spreading FUD and making people unnecessarily afraid.. The reason XRP didn't do more than $1.92 in the last bull run was NOT that Ripple got sued, the price continued to climb even after it was announced.. It was the eventual delisting of XRP from exchanges that caused people to jump ship.. People need to stop making everyone think that if the SEC appeals it will somehow affect us..they (SEC) already agreed that secondary sales were not securities..

To sue a lawyer for malpractice, you need to
1 Prove that the attorney owed you a duty to act properly.
2 Show that the attorney breached this duty through negligence, mistakes, or failure to fulfill their obligations.
3 Demonstrate that this conduct caused you financial harm.
4 Establish that you suffered financial losses as a result.

SO SINCE THE SEC SHOULD BE LITIGATING ON OUR BEHALF OR SO THEY SAID CAN WE SUE THEM AS MALPRACTICE?

If they wait until the last day to make the appeal it is just sick minded people. They know waiting till the last moment extends the process and serves no purpose other than to satisfy sick minds. If the SEC had any professionalism in their organisation they would have made the appeal swiftly to get a quicker resolution

Nothing to Worry. If US doesn't use it other countries will use it. XRP is complaint with Central banks around the globe and regulations of other countries like Europe, Japan etc.
