They need to add search players in career mode transfer market, search players by ratings and other things after you disablöe the transfer scouting, that was one of the best features old EA fifa games had, you could search it fast and you find all the young players that emerged to the best ratings you could either buy them or exchange them plus money, you could find them with rating and position not like transfer market scouting crap that you can't see the players ratings when you need a specific player immediately or you don't want to search every team or send scouts over and over and over
