I see Harry & Megan are merchandising off those “Duke & Duchess of Sussex” titles. It’s weird that they accuse the Royal Family of treating them so badly, yet use the “Duke & Duchess” title all the time. If the RF was so horrible, why would you keep the link? Their actions, don’t match their words.

I refuse to support any sport or show that condones animal abuses for entertainment. Big no from me. Shame on you Netflix!!!

Shame on you Netflix for glorifying a sport that is so cruel to those poor horses. It is already well known that one of the "executive producers" was told not to ride a pregnant mare. He ignored the advice and the mare and her foal died. Utterly disgusted that Netflix would waste time promoting this cruel sport and these rich, self obsessed people.

Tony Moore, chairman of the Fight Against Animal Cruelty in Europe, said: ‘Prince Harry is cruel. If a rider uses their spurs in a way that injures a horse then that is cruel.’

The fact that you don't show how many dislikes it has says it all.

Prince Harry was accused of animal cruelty (as far back as 2010) after his horse suffered a bloody injury during a polo match. He was photographed riding a pony that appeared to have been stabbed in the flank by his spurs.
- Photos are online in Daily Mail 02 Sept 2010 along with parts of this story, one of his first documented Animal abuse cases. Another well known case, of course is “Drizzle” a Pregnant Mare that Harry rode abusively to its death.

Concerning the 2010 Pony stabbing.. An onlooker claimed that the 25-year-old prince continued to ride his horse while the blood was visible on its flank, but St James’s Palace said he stopped playing as soon as the injury was spotted (a disputed fact by many in attendance).

Animal welfare groups are accusing Harry of being ‘heartless’.
The Hurlingham Polo Association, the sport’s governing body, has launched an investigation into Harry’s Cruelty to Animals.

Agonising: (see photo) The spur mark is clearly visible on Prince Harry's horse. An onlooker claimed he continued to play despite the injury, a claim refuted by St James's Palace
Bloody: (see photo) The puncture mark is clearly visible on the flank of the pony. Animal charities have described the Prince as 'heartless' & cruel.

The horse was injured during a match at the Guards Polo Club in Windsor Great Park, Berkshire, in July, but photographs of the incident have only just emerged.

Prince Harry’s Household Cavalry team was beaten by the Royal Navy by five and a half goals to five. The Navy had been granted a half goal advantage at the start of the match

Under polo rules, riders who use their “spurs excessively” (like Harry) face disciplinary action ranging from a warning for a first offence to a fine of up to £50, 000.

They state: ‘Any player intentionally striking another player or any pony with his stick, or abusing his pony by excessive use of the whip or spurts shall be severely penalised.’
The rules also say: ‘Any spur likely to wound a horse is forbidden.’

Andrew Tyler, director of animal welfare charity Animal Aid, said: ‘It was a heartless and utterly selfish thing to do.

Polo is a very rough activity that causes stress and injuries to horses. The use of spurs in such a fast-moving event is a vicious indulgence.

‘Spurs are unnecessary for a competent rider and should not be used to punish a horse for the rider’s failure to gain advantage.

‘Prince Harry comes from a background of hunting and shooting which is at odds with the vast majority of the British public.’

Tony Moore, chairman of the Fight Against Animal Cruelty in Europe, said: ‘Prince Harry is cruel. If a rider uses their spurs in a way that injures a horse then that is cruel.’

WHY WOULD ANYONE WANT TO WATCH THIS ANIMAL CRUELTY THAT HARRY HAS PARTICIPATED IN FOR YEARS AND IS NOW GLAMORIZING & PROMOTING?

Wow imagine flying to Argentina twice a week to play polo with your other rich friends being the most stressful thing in ur life and thinking the rest of the world cares. These people need to go outside and touch grass.

Polo is a sport for the ridiculously rich. Most of us normal people will not give a sh*t about this documentary.

Hey NETFLIX - you do know horses regularly die during this sport right? And Harry has actually killed one of his polo ponies by riding her into the ground whilst she was pregnant. Her name was Drizzle. She died of a heart attack after the game. Is this the image you really want to portray? Perhaps you should think about your own PR strategy and not follow those two into the sewer.

The timing is epic. Spoiled brat rich sport documentary at a time when everyone is deciding if they should heat or eat. The only good thing this could possibly accomplish is to bring attention to animal abuse and hopefully address it!

Didn’t hear one person say how much love and respect they have for the horses who make this sport possible. Bunch of rich brats. I hope it tanks.

This is a sport for the very wealthy. Like many people I don't know the rules and have no interest in learning them.
All I see when I watch this clip is how much pain and suffering the horses have to tolerate.

Netflix, who agreed to have shows about a group of grown elite men abusing their poor horses for the sport of Kings…Shameful.
In today’s economy where many are just trying to keep a home and food on their table seems this show is in very poor taste.
What a waste of money for polo ponies, composed of a team of 4 to 6 ponies annually cost runs in the multimillions plus the costs of transporting the ponies, riders and workers from place to place. Disgusting imo can you image what that sort of money could do to help the homeless?

Can not ever image this as a high school sport. Bad move Netflix. Imo.

Well in these uncertain and difficult times, over privileged people playing over privileged sports is just what the world needs to see.
