Dr. Susan Rogers U.S. Senate testimony on DCEs

PNHP president Dr. Susan Rogers testified before the U.S. Senate Finance Committee’s Subcommittee on Fiscal Responsibility and Economic Growth on February 2, 2022.

Dr. Rogers described the dangers of Medicare Direct Contracting, a dangerous and insidious program that places third-party middlemen between seniors and the care they need.

If this program is allowed to proceed as planned, it could spell the end of Medicare as an effective, efficient, and truly public health program.
