Coconut Crush

Ingredients
Tender Green coconut - 1 ( remove water and malai (soft milky coconut ))
Sugar - 2 Tbsp
Ice cubes - 3 to 4

Recipe
- Remove the coconut water and soft coconut separately
- In a Blender jar pour the coconut water
- Add half portion of coconut malai, sugar and ice cubes
- Blend it till it becomes white and frothy
- Remove in a glass
- Cut rest of the tender coconut malai into pieces
- Put these pieces in the Glass of coconut crush. This gives a nice bite to the drink
- Serve it chilled
