Driving on the same road 20 years ago I got a double flat !
Phone service not extensive at that time.
Many pulled over to help but none could help fix two flats.
With the sun starting to set I started tp contemplate hitching a lift to Hermansburg and call a garage.
The next car that pulled over was part of a family group traveling together.
I told him the problem and he just smiled.
'Of course I can help mate, I'm a tire mechanic"
He then set to with his compressor and tire plugs.
He also offered me a cold beer from his travel

I love how as Arizona kids, obviously growing up in desert environment, you have a deep appreciation for our outback desert environment that probably most from overseas don’t
It’s a beautiful thing

I really enjoy your videos. I don’t know if anyone has mentioned it before but whichever one of you handles the music has a real talent for scoring a frame. Music is a major aide for storytelling and your becoming masterful at this.

The moment you conquered the road that beat you last time, priceless ❤️ (thanks Mazda). How magic is the silence of the Aussie outback ( apart from the 3am parrots 😂). Also congrats on hitting over 80k subs, I wonder how many are Aussies? Xxxx

Haven't had a 'Big Thing' for a while. Stay on guard Chev, I reckon Tia's got some brewing.

You know what I appreciate about your travels most. Is that you spend a decent amount of time somewhere really travelling the roads not so travelled.

Unlike other YouTubers, you guys literally live the experience. I also appreciate that your travels are more realistic for most of us.

I know it seems counterintuitive to non-Aussies, but many native plants flower during winter, because that’s often the best time for seedlings to sprout and get established before the worst of the heat and dryness.

My Doctor has given me a stern warning about watching so much of you guys...
He says that you are too sweet and I'm risking Diabetes!😄

I visited Uluru in 2019. Even though I have aboriginal ancestry, it ended up being a much more spiritual experience than I expected. It went far beyond a tourist destination for me. I'm so glad they've stopped people climbing on it, even though I wouldn't have even if allowed. It's a must visit landmark for foreigners and Aussies alike.

Every week of the year there's many species of wattle trees flowering somewhere in Australia. That's why it was chosen as our floral emblem and our national colours of green and gold.

My Hubby carried our 18 month old on his shoulders around the whole King Canyon walk. OMG this land is spectacular. Truely loved it.
PS the Star scape was gorgeous too.

Oh, you guys always make my day when I see your next episode pop up. With so much negative stuff on the telly and the cost of living and life's stresses, it's just so lovely to sit and zone out and watch your video. You're actually helping people, you know that? Keep up the good work, guys. Much love and
Stay safe❤❤

The majority of Australian natives flower in winter and spring, because water is often too scarce for plants to have the energy to put into flowering in the summer… late winter and early spring is usually the best time of year for wildflowers here! 😊
