The Coozoom Smokeless fire pit is a great alternative to the more expensive Solo Stove Ranger. This low smoke stainless steel Fire pit is very small and portable and also comes with a bottom stand and cooking attachment for the top.Affiliate Links Below

Try packing in the pellets or wood - tight - to a couple of inches from the secondary holes and then lighting from the top. You will be amazed. This approach is counterintuitive, and all your good logic will fight doing this and pretty much convince you it will fail before you start... just try anyway. This stove is a TLUD (top-lit-up-draft) stove is designed to gasify and then re-burn those gasses. You are starting the fire like classical fire-pit, which is a common misunderstanding when getting to know the properties of this kind of stove.

Thanks for saving me a sizable sum of money... by buying a CooZoom instead of a Breeo. That's much

Just got a "pandahome" looks identical and works well. The screen on the bottom is a wonderful idea 👍

Thanks, I ordered this on Thursday and got it on Sunday (yesterday). Works well! One thing I'd like to try to get is a spark screen for the top as I had some newspaper, cardboard and normal household burnables in there and some of the material floated up and landed on my composite decking. I tried some hardware cloth, but I didn't have a great way of getting it to stay put without putting the top rim piece on top of the screen, which makes it harder to add more fuel. Anyone figured out a good fitting spark screen for the top to keep burning material from floating out in windy conditions?

That's a good idea you thought of using the pellets on the wire mess, I think I need to look for one for the house and one for the woods when I'm hunting

Nice! Can't wait to see if your center pipe works out for pellets.

Question: Does heat emanate from sides as well? Or does the heat mainly emanate from the top?

Thanks for this. I was looking for reviews of the Redcamp smokeless fire pit and this is basically the same thing. It comes with a grill instead of the stand but everything else is the same.

Since you posted this video about a year ago, I was wondering how the metal in your Coozoom has held up over the year. I read other reviews on amazon saying that the inners rusted after only several uses so I was wondering how well this has held up over time and with frequent use. I want to be able to burn paper and natural cardboard (not corrugated or stuff with lots of plastic or paint on it) to reduce my footprint on the landfill and recycle plants.

Make a tube out of that stainless steel as bi around as a coke tube in middle of the stove and fill around it with wood pellets until it is about 4" from the holes at the and fatwood in the middle of the tube will get it think you will be pleasantly might have to experiment a little with the diameter of the

Solo stove has much less smoke and has a heat deflector that is great for people sitting around and will keep you warm. However, the Solo is expensive as a negative.
