Pokémon: Let's Go, Pikachu! and Pokémon: Let's Go, Eevee! are upcoming role-playing video games (RPGs) developed by Game Freak and published by The Pokémon Company and Nintendo for the Nintendo Switch. The games are the first installments of the Pokémon RPG series for the Nintendo Switch. They are enhanced remakes of the 1998 Game Boy video game Pokémon Yellow. They will also contain influences from Pokémon Go, as well as integration with Go, and will support a new optional controller called the Poké Ball Plus. The games are scheduled to be released worldwide on November 16, 2018

Pokémon: Let's Go, Pikachu! and Let's Go, Eevee! are set in the Kanto region and will include the original 151 Pokémon creatures in addition to their respective Mega Evolved and Alolan forms from Pokémon X and Y & Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, and Sun and Moon. Let's Go, Pikachu! and Let's Go, Eevee! will feature common elements of the series, such as battling non-player character Pokémon Trainers and Gym Leaders with caught Pokémon creatures. However, instead of battling them like the traditional battle system of other major Pokémon role-playing games (RPGs), the catching of Pokémon creatures uses a different mechanic that is based on the mobile spin-off game Pokémon Go where players throw Poké Balls at a wild Pokémon by using the motion controls of the Joy-Con controller.

You can also do this in the Underground Path (between Cerulean City and Vermilion City) and Nuggets, Pearls, and Big Pearls will frequently spawn. Though there is no visible indication of their location so you have to rely solely on Pikachu's/Eevee's tail to locate them.

Fun fact: in the room with the all the glistening spots, there's a crystal in the center of the room, that's where you find your fossils! I collected an old Amber off mine

A few things to note from my own experience!

In the large floor with the shiny patches:

1. The glistening rock in the middle is usually the one where I have gotten my fossils. They are not too rare! I have gotten 2-3 in the span of about 15 minutes.
2. You definitely do not need to leave the room or wait a very long time for items to respawn there (self-tested!) You can literally just run around in circles on the same floor and new items will always respawn at least within 20-30 seconds. Farming the items this way can also help you find chance shinies, or can be a great place to shiny chain while you get items.

There is no moonstones shortage. The moonstones respawn in Mount moon go back the next day

Did you know that if you press b during a wild pkmn encounters, you will be automatically asked if you want to run, so you don't need to go down in the menu?

Yes! Loving this game. My husband grew up with pokemon everything. He got me into it, and this is absolutely my favorite version. You can't go wrong with better graphics and additional new moves alongside original story lines. Not to mention having a pokeball controller! Can't wait for additional generations of pokemon to be added to it!
