After Cecil first learned "the breath," he practiced it one day on the way to the airport. That day may have been the first time an airport security agent used the word "unicorn" on the job.

My husband and I went on vacation a few weeks ago and on the way to the airport, I remembered this story from the progressive workshop.
I thought about this the entire time we were in the airport and focused on my throat center since it's something I'm healing.
I completely forgot to pay attention right before the scan but when I went through, the security guard made me stand there while she searched my neck and shoulders.
I turned to my left to look at the scan and the body picture had a bright yellow circular light on my neck section. So cool!
I told her I was working on my energy centers and she looked at me like I was nuts 🙂

Wow... This just happened to me 2 weeks ago. I didn't know untill this video why. I was leaving Indiana after my mom just crossed over. I was FULL of anxiety and emotions were high. The security line was the longest I've ever experienced, Which gave me more anxiety. So I put my hand on my heart did the breathing and filled with gratitude and Love, Yes security had to do a pat down on me two. Said they seen something shiny . I said well I have metal in both arms my hand and neck. The lady said no it was in your chest area. What a way to bless airport personal ... ☺ Thanks for this video it makes more sense now.

This happened to me and my girlfriend after our first weeklong retreat in Dubai. The security ladies checked us one after the other after the alarm went off in their booth checking our chests and asking if we were wearing a medallion or what we have on our chests. When the alarm went off, I knew and started to laugh. Also, one week later, leaving Geneva airport to go back home to South Africa, the alarm went off again. This gave me joy in my heart.

Wow! This reminds me that I de-magnetised my room key-card during my walking meditation on the 4rt of August. I went out in the beautiful garden at 5:30 am, wearing my card near my heart, when I finished the card didn't work. To go back inside I had to knock and ask someone to open the door for me. I was locked out of my room for 1 hour. The receptionist activated my card and said: This is strange, the computer says you are staying here until October! I was leaving on the same day. :) :D

I love this! Sometimes I set off car alarms when I walk by. Maybe this is why I feel myself vibrating when I wake in the morning! Love this! 🥰

My husband and I recently transited through Düsseldorf and when we saw the scanner ahead of us decided to focus energy to our hearts while in the security line. Couldn’t believe it when both of us were taken aside and the only place on our body to be checked was our heart areas. We just chuckled to ourselves 😇

Okay, so I am only 1 week into this, I have done some meditations and just bought Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself yesterday. Not even 24 hours ago. I have felt my antenna/unicorn horn wanting to pop up and unicorn references every day. I dreamt of Dr. Joe last night and I touched his heart just like he showed in this video. There's a whole lotta synchronizations happening!! I love this 💖

I had a dead car key fob when I started doing the meditations. I have a push-to-start car and no other way to start it. You can place the key fob in the console to charge it a little but it doesn't work for long. I got into my car one day (after this had been going on for about 2 weeks) and just pushed the button. The key fob was in my purse, not in the console. The car started right up on the first try. I was so excited because I thought to myself that the energy in my body from the meditations had started my car. It just encouraged me to keep going.

I just LOVE this, and I love Dr. Joe's Work...thank you, Dr. Joe :-)


I recently went to one of his live seminars and started using his mediations. Previously I 'dabbled' in mediation not really knowing how to do it but knew I should!.


After listening to Dr. Joe's audiobooks together with his seminar, I've learned that my mind/body just wants to 'protect' me from anything 'new' and keep me in that 'stressed state of fear.'


So when my alarm goes off at 3-4am, and my body/mind tells me, 'Oh you don't need to do this, just do it later.' It makes me even more determined to kick that fear in the butt and get into that beautiful meditative state. So I pull my covers off then go and sit in my chair to start one of Dr. Joe's mediations from the seminar.


I'm still a beginner, but I've had some incredible moments with his meditations leaving my body feeling totally vibrant with tears running down my face with joy.


I'm not sure you would class this as a testimonial, but it was round about the same time when I came across one of Dr. Joe's interviews. He was being interviewed by Lewis Howes on the Be-Inspired channel.


Lewis Howes was asking him if he would share 3 things we could do in 7Days to help us break our old sabotaging habits where we lack self-belief and fear.


I'd just started an online business and was having bucket loads of fear and lacking self-belief topped up with the monkey on my shoulder telling me 'I'm not good enough.' So I just thought stuff you! I'm giving this a go.


I decided to make a video diary for myself just to see visually if I looked and sounded different. And felt different? Then by day 3, I had the idea of creating a little workbook because my brain is like a sieve most of the time. I found it easier to have Dr. Joes 3 things written down and helpful to record my feelings as I went along.


I didn't have to wait until Day 7 to start feeling INCREDIBLE, and one day when I was walking my dogs in the forest, my heart was so full of joy and love I wanted to share it, so I made my version of a 'testimonial.'


I can feel my heart bursting with joy now just writing about it.


Having fought the feeling of 'not being good enough' most of my life I kept everything private, but recently my friend suggested I should share my journey because it might help and encourage others to do the same?


So with the intention, it might help you too I have shared my workbook here which is open for you to share with others also if you feel it will help them too?

This is awesomely Insane..I have also been doing the Breath Meditation, its simply amazing.I do it first thing in the morning then I hit the GYM, I used to take pre work out before my gymming but now I don't need one. as I am pumped with energy ..I am full of energy through out the Day...Dr Joe You are changing my life.I love You ...

Cecil, I love this story and remember Dr. Joe talking about a man in the progressive videos, who was doing the deep breathing exercises enroute to the airport
and then the TSA agent pulling him aside when going through the scanner! But didn't know it was you!!! And I love the part at the end about the Unicorn! (as you know, it is near and dear to me from the dimensionaling live stream process). Feel so blessed to be part of our local meditation group and all you facilitate (and Tom too --you are both amazing)!
