Great video, Dave!. Drummers can make great acoustic guitar players. The picking hand gots the rhythm!

The hidden pick is great for "Hand raising" moments during a powerful moment of worship too. Then, right back to picking. It is also great for switching between soft, subtle worship moments (finger style) during prayers or under the preacher's closing point. Then, transitioning back to the pick creates more articulate builds into the end of the preaching/prayer. It is a very dynamic and musical trick when executed with fluidity and finesse.

I would also add, infusing varied rhythms or picking grooves can really add some flavor. For example, picking arpeggios on 8th notes for a few measures and then transitioning to quarter note triplets or other basic poly-rhythms can be o so tasty.

I genuinely enjoy playing acoustic.

Per your instructions:
Score: My picking Hand = 10/10.
Now, my fretting hand . . . . . still needs development.😂
