Your roofers do such a good job, George. The new roof should last you a lifetime. Tile roof is very sturdy. I purchased extra ones (tiles) just in case some of my tile roof breaks.

This type of tiled roof has been around for at least two thousand years. Only needs fixing it when it’s truly broken. Most US roofs are lucky to last 20 years. Great reno!
