Hi Paul, check the back plate on the disc brake, sounds like its bent onto the disc

I have the same camber issue with a VW Passat. Tyre was hit on the top of the wheel, so no wishbone damage. Struggling to get aligned and tracked correctly - so far we are in for a top strut (which was bent) and a tie bar. Still could not get it aligned so I am replacing the hub - like yours no sign of cracking. Hoping to get it done tomorrow. Fingers crossed.

Hi mate, love your work . Make sure you’re new earth strap is capable of letting the voltage through, ie the correct gauge of wire . Keep up the work .

The noise may be the back plate behind the disk bent, very thin metal and it Happened to me after pad change, i assumed it was a Stone caught in the gap but turned out the back plate needed a light push back and all was well

See if the brake dust shield is touching the disc it might be rubbing against the disc

Hi. Have you ever done a how to video on how to remove the complete roof liner. I've got to replace the rear section of the wiring loom cos of the broken wires. I've got the replacement loom and need to cut the rear section out and solder the new one back. I'm looking to join it just above the rear passenger left side window but it looks like the linings got to come out. I've just soldered the old ones together but not sure it will last long as I had to cut the rubber gaitor off to get at the wires and it was a right struggle. I can't do any more now with the old one and need to fit the new one. Any advice would be very welcome. Regards.

A bit bittersweet on the alignment but at least the rear end was an easy fix.

Sorry you've had the extra expense, good news on on Blondie though 👍
When you mentioned about the original headlight failing you thought it might be due to you fixing the tabs, was it that? If so I hope it doesn't put you off trying to save parts 👍 cheers 🍻
