This is honestly mind-blowing to watch. I'm 18 years old and I use to play this game all the time when I was 6. I literally haven't thought of it for years but when I watched the first few levels man it hit me for 6. The movements the characters make, the attacks, the double jumps, the sound effects, the constantly playing music, the visuals. Everything. It's been put to the back of my mind for years and watching this it was all revealed again. You haven't just made me remember this game, you have actually rediscovered all of the emotional triggers I had when playing this game for me. Like the angst of not being able to jump to a platform, or the confusion of not knowing what to do, or the excitement of reaching a certain boss. This is actually crazy watching this I have suddenly remembered loads of little fragments of levels like certain rooms and certain cutscenes. Thank you very much for this, sir. you have made me feel like a 6 year old again, and I mean that in a good way.

Always loved that about the old Lego games where nobody ever talked it was just funny expressions or a quick cutscene.
Now a days I feel most games run on cutscenes and extra material to add on time to their game.

Now this, THIS, is the one I remember playing. I've been playing the complete saga for so long, i forgot this version existed because i remember when i was young me and my friend used to have fun talking about the "BLOB" sound at 1:29 that the two guards make that the complete saga didn't have.
