Back in December, we unveiled Frito-Lay’s Tesla Electric Semi-trucks as part of our pep+ commitment to achieving net-zero emissions by 2040.

Now, we want to introduce you to the first Frito-Lay OTR driver to officially take one of these trucks out on the road - Eric Bettencourt! Eric has been with the organization for 22 accident-free years and made #FritoLayHistory by driving the first Tesla Electric Semi truck from our Modesto, California plant to Reno, Nevada for the unveiling. Why does FRITO-LAY not put on it's labels & packaging where Sun Chips are made? I WILL NOT purchase any of your products if they do not state what country they are made in.
