Dude has not been to grocery store lately. And now more varialbility to rates . Why would you buy if not an absolute job certainty. Thousands of jobs on the line so BOC looking at default rates? Lots who just renewed or have 3 yr 4.5% mortgages now are pissed as well. We would be better off not borrowing and having lower tax rates for business and personal.
