Of State has become no more than a bloated bureaucracy, whose main job is helping set up economic communication for financial and industrial talks.
To become an Ambassador takes mony, loads of money, and to get appointed one need bribe political power by campaign funds, under Bush and Clinton direct to party 50K or more, yet still needing those financial industrial approval before being given post by President.
