Endurance Motorsport Series is a Totally Unique Racing Game!

There are two things to get excited about in this video!

Firstly, Nacon have showcased their first line of sim racing hardware, in the shape of the Revosim Pure wheel base, steering wheel and pedal set.

And then, we have a bitesize preview of a future racing title, unlike any other. It’s called Endurance Motorsport Series, and sees you play as both a driver and engineer in the same race.

This is a pre-alpha build, so there is still a long way still to go with development. But what do you think of this initial concept? Let us know your thoughts below!

I like the engineering aspect of this game. In LMU you are the driver and the engineer at the same time making you look at your mfd while racing.
I want this in LMU instead of buying a new game

It can be an interesting multiplayer session where up to 4 people can play at one team. A maximum of 3 drivers and 1 dedicated race engineer to oversee the race and make sure they make good strats.

It's not much but the fact that your pov is actually on the pitwall is really neat. Like seeing the cars passing by really adds a lot of immersion I didn't knew I needed in a manager game. That and the swap feature are really great ideas, good job Nacon !

This is basically like the B-Spec mode in GT4 and I love that there's a new game using the same game mechanic as a major feature. I'm looking forward to this one.

This looks good. Remember Microprose Geoff Crammond Grand Prix? That had a hot seat feature whic reminds me of this game. Me and a friend played on the same team. Set it to do 3 laps each and then it would switch to your team mate while the CPU carried on racing your car. A great feature that was never continued.

Nacon and driving physics is a pairing that doesn't always go well together, even if there's some focus on the management part the driving should still take the main stage.
It doesn't need to be a hardcore sim, it just needs to have good driving. It's been done before and worked between all input methods, keyboard included, it just takes some extra effort on input processing.

I would like a new sim-cade track racer since GRID these days drives awful and it's a genre that pretty much died in favor of open-world games. Just give us some down to earth driving physics that isn't super floaty and doesn't benefit from drifting and that could be pretty nice.

It is a cool racing game concept. I mainly race endurance races in another sim and this looks to deliver many thing I have on my wish list. When I am not in the car I would want to monitor what is going on in the car. I would want to see the drivers data to be able to make suggestions to them or see what changes I need to make because of the current situation. This a the moment appears to be more towards a game than a sim which to me would not matter. When I am not doing team endurance racing I use other sims that offer fun and immersion that I can have fun for the limited time I have free and need to escape. Good luck and I will keep following and plan to add this to my sim list.

I hope they have PCVR and possibly PSVR2 support planned, Team racing with some friends in VR sounds like a proper dream come true
