emBO++ 2019 - Michael von Tessin: C++ In Deeply Embedded Systems
Показать описание
Speaker: Michael von Tessin
Talk: C++ In Deeply-Embedded Systems
---
Most deeply-embedded systems are implemented in C. In this presentation, Michael von Tessin explains why, and why those systems could profit from using C++. Michael presents how this can be achieved successfully. To this end, he also reports from his own experience in converting a large, operational, deeply-embedded code base from C to C++.
---
About emBO++
---
emBO++ is an annual C++ and C event with focus on embedded programming. Taking place in Bochum, right in the middle of the largest conurbation of Germany, emBO++ has developed to one of the leading embedded conferences world-wide. In March 2019 more than 150 programmers, electronics- and communications-engineers were visiting Bochum to attend emBO++.
