Career growth is way better in the US than in INDIA..
within 5 yrs that 40 lakh salary in US will reach 2-2.5 cr on the contrary in INDIA and initial of 15 lakh salary will take close to 2 decades of work experience to reach even 1cr.
I can say all this because my dad works in the US and it pays pretty well in my opinion.

Surely US is having its own problems in living but benifits it provide just gets India out of competition .
