This is Sesame Street: Let's Make a Word, a game originally published by Electronic Arts and Children's Television Workshop in 1995, but later reissued by Creative Wonders in 1997 and packaged as a 2-disc set with Get Set to Learn! (altogether titled Kindergarten Deluxe). Finally, the CD was once again sold as a standalone game in 2002, then published by Encore Software and Sesame Workshop. In it, Guy Smiley welcomes the player to his game show and asks them to pick from six Muppet "Word Experts", each with a different game to try out, along with one of four locations "filled with words". I might be biased in my review, but this is an excellent children's computer game that makes learning words fun.
Although this game has already been uploaded to YouTube by several users, they only showed some "Word Expert" and location combinations. Therefore, I decided to upload them all. :)

All Wrong Answers on the Farm (Except when we play with Elmo and the Two-Headed Monster)
1. Frog: jumps up, lily pad moves away, frog screams “WHOA!!!!”, then falls into pond, lily pad returns to original position and frog climbs back onto it 🐸
2. Skunk: turns green, then turns back to normal & says “Yech!” 🦨
3. Hen: says “one, two, one, two”, falls flat on belly & stars spin around her head, gets back up and then says “I’m so embarrassed.” 🐔
4. Corn: 3 ears of corn sing “So-rry” 🌽🌽🌽
5. Cow: looks at us & moos “Nah” 🐄
6. Pig: walks up to us & says “Nope. No go.” 🐖
7. Hat: flies up & lands on pig’s head, pig throws hat into mud, then hat returns to position 👒
8. Shovel: digs big hole & goes in, then hole disappears, shovel reappears
9. Garden: falls into square hole, then jumps up & returns to original position 🪴
10. Swing: bird flies down & lands on tire swing, tire swing deflates then inflates as bird flies away 🐦
11. Well: bucket falls into well & comes back out 💧
12. Farmer: cries & blows nose 👨🏻‍🌾😭🤧
13. Sun: Sun smiles but then a huge evil black cloud appears in front of Sun & laughs evilly, then Sun eats cloud 🌦
14. Tractor: starts up but tire deflates, then returns to normal 🚜
15. Flower: falls flat on ground then returns to normal 🌸
16. Tomato: draws happy face on ground then falls & splatters on top of happy face (who becomes shocked when he sees tomato about to fall), then tomato regrows 🍅🙂😲
17. Straw: wind blows away straw revealing a hole, gopher comes out of hole & says “I’m free!”, but then another straw pile falls out of barn onto gopher
18. Barn: barn window coughs then says “Excuse me.”
19. Wagon: rises up & wheels start spinning, then falls & left wheel breaks off, then goes back to normal
20. Bug: gets onto his skateboard, but gets thrown back by corn 🪲🛹🌽
21. Fox: buzzer sound, fox says “Oh, wrong number. Oh well, try again.” 🦊
