It’s always they feared for their life when they take someone else’s even no knock warrants they use it to justify themselves even when their in the wrong house . Paid leave is usually the sentence 99/100 times.

State troopers is no different than any other civilian. You shot the man for no reason you need to go to prison for the rest of your life. Where are you belong?

From what I saw, the officer wasn't in any risk of being hit by that car, however, I question if it wasn't a legal shooting to keep the public safe from another long and dangerous high speed chase...

The only way that trooper was at risk is if he jumped underneath them tires. I've been hooked by a bumper on a car and there was no way I was getting dragged underneath the car.
