I thought i mentioned at some point how the approach weakens the 2 black stones which we see white try and take advantage of later with a splitting attack.

but the H5 stone makes the H3 group much stronger if we take off H5 and F3 black seems much weaker especially we see its like black approached white shimari then black tenuki it seems odd for white to extend 1 space from the shimari pincer would seem more natural

about F3 at 20:25 you didn't address the question why is the F3 H5 exchange good? is it not better to enclose directly and not make that exchange? if white were to invade the lower side the F3 H5 exchange makes H3 stronger
