hydro therapy is just really slow to be used in actual fights and is outclassed by healing waters as its faster in the beggining allowing it to be used faster

Lava Disc is the First move in my move list. I use it quite often against mobs. If they don't get pushed away, then they catch on fire.

In Game Development there's a saying:
If 2 things do the same thing, then what is the reason for the worse version to exist?
And both the Lavadisc and the Waterbending Helaing Move fall under that category.

Did you know that there are forbidden sub elements in the avatar universe?

Earth bending has bone bending when they bend the calcium in their bones.

Fire bending has ash bending where the bend the ash of the fire.

Water bending has blood bending but you already know that, and air doesn't have a forbidden sub bending style but forbidden moves like Zaheer pulling the air out of the earth queen
