Hi Frank, hope your well, your quite a fan of the Stanley V20 range, why not Stanley make some good tools. Over all you seem very impressed with this circular saw and for less than a £100 with all the accessories you have done well. Good demonstration and a honest review, as always a great video catch you soon Take care mate👍

Great video 💪 I bought this saw a few months ago. It's actually quite disappointing. It really struggles to get through material. Using a 4Ah battery, I tested it on a 20mm thick pine board, the saw stalled twice. I had to whip out my Bosch GKS190 to complete all the cuts

Love to know where he will put his new bulky storage box in his workshop

Nice addition to the workshop Frank. Will this be taking over from the tracksaw? It looks a lot easier to handle across sheet goods.

Can you check how well are the 0° and 45° cut line guides aligned with the blade? That would be quite a useful information along side any adjustments options a tool may have (like the correction for the 0°).

Great vid! What is the guide rail you were using? Can't seem to find a Stanley guide rail, do you need one for straight cuts or just something like what you were using?

Frank soldiers on even when injured! 😁 I doubt I would have noticed the wobble at that pivit point, so good on you for that one. No Fatmax power tools are available at any store near me.🤨 I saw on Instagram that you took a bite of the apple. Did you edit this video on the new machine? Closing in on 6K subs!👏 Take care.

Is this saw Brushless? Most other tools in the range are but this one doesn’t say? Great video by the way 👊🏻

Nice review. I'm considering to buy this saw. Will it work with the older batteries. I have other powertool from Stanley. Fatmax but it's previous version, not V20, and I was wondering whether I can use the battery from that with the saw.

Stanley and dewalt are the same company just a shame the batteries aren’t interchangeable I have mainly dewalt cordless tools and have to say the 54v batteries are a game changer for high consumption tools not sure if they do that voltage battery for Stanley either way I’m sure will give you years of good service, another great video frank 👍

I've just bought one. Haven't used it as yet. Blade is a bit of a pig to get in. I'm disappointed with the blade guard, though! Considering it's the most critical safety feature, I'm surprised it's plastic. Placing the tool down im hoping it wont crack

Craftsman have the same features and looks like Stanley cordless tools
