Vice President Kamala Harris is holding a star-studded campaign rally Thursday in Atlanta with former president Barack Obama. Also appearing with her in the battleground state of Georgia: rock legend Bruce Springsteen, director Spike Lee, actor Samuel L. Jackson and entertainer Tyler Perry. Former president Donald Trump painted a dark picture of “migrant gangs who are waging a campaign of violence and terror against our citizens,” at a rally in Arizona, with another scheduled later Thursday in Nevada.
Film director Spike Lee and actor Samuel L. Jackson are expected to join Harris' rally tonight in Atlanta, which will also feature Bruce Springsteen and Obama.
The vice president's campaign said it's "the first in a series of 'When We Vote We Win' concerts focusing on driving enthusiasm and getting Georgians to vote early."
Other guests include Tyler Perry and Mix Master David, according to the campaign. This will be the first time Harris and Obama will appear together on the campaign trail this election.
