*क्या* एक बार अभियुक्तगणों पर आरोप का निर्धारण होने के *उपरांत* न्यायालय अभियुक्त के द्वारा प्रस्तुत डिस्चार्ज प्रार्थना पत्र के जरिए लगाए गए आरोप को निरस्त कर सकता है, आरोप को संशोधित कर सकता

Sir, मुझ पर एक sc st महिला ने act लगाया 156 3 के प्रार्थना पत्र not press करके परिवाद किया हमें no coercive actions आदेश hc से मिल गया talbee आदेश के बाद l केस बिल्कुल झूठ है l हमें not press का कोई लाभ मिलेगा या नहीं

Honoourable Sir 
Thank you for the informative video, Sir we have filed a Discharge application under 227 crpc in October 2019, It is pending since the last 4 years. We are not getting any support and justice, We only get next date and next date and next date and next date etc. Kindly let me know what to do in this matter as it is taking huge time and the accused in the present matter is innocent, He is facing mental torture and trauma as he have to come court on each date as he is presented as Co-accused in the case by the police officials, Moreover Sir police have himself presented as VICTIM in this false case in the charge sheet. 
kindly tell Sir what is the option with Us so that our matter gets resolved soon
