Love how the phone numbers are blurred, but clearly not enough because they're still really easily readable

It's 24 hours and still pending... with no results. It worked the first time then something happened where I left the tab and got back to it and it reloaded. Does it only work once? because as it is I've tried 2 more times and it's still just processing without producing results.
