Concept Cars that put today's Concept Cars to shame

At the GM Heritage Center, we take a look at several Chevrolet concept cars that look like spaceships and still look futuristic today. These concept cars from the 60s and 70s put most concept cars from today to shame!

I wonder how many cars in this museum that my dad built. before Steve McQueen passed away, my dad was set to start building a new car with Steve, they had purchased all of the corvair motors and trans axles from GM along with all other drive train components to use on the new car which was designed by Karl Krumme, reffered to by George Barris ass the Bondo King. Karl did build 1 concept car for him self after Steve died but that was the end of the project.
Karls company was Kustoms Inc.

I like the blue Astro II -- looks like a cross between a Ferrari 246 GT and a Ford GT40.

i like you're love for concept cars! same thing happens to me. sometimes seems like the official models should be the concepts.
