I got a 06. 15k spent all together. It’s at 410, 000 km and I’ve done most of the work and maintenance myself. Also got 1500 watts and 2 12’s and a touch deck. Best vehicle I’ve ever owned. I will try too keep it going as long as possible.

235 thousand miles. 8yrs now very reliable and if your a DIY type. Easy to work on for the most part. Besides somethings you just have to pay the money and let a professional fix it lol. You did get the common issues correct but again easy fixes. I have to replace coil and plugs as well again. Common misfire. I also just replaced front end as well. Old factory shocks were gone. So I just did everything. Sway bar upper and lower ball joints and etc etc. Also have Bilstein 5100 front and back. I didn't need to mess with the torsion system but it is off by a inch and half. So one day I'll take to shop and have them put to factory spec aka height. I prefer factory size tires as well. Better gas mileage. And with scan tool long trip to OKC from Florida. I got at most 21 highway and 15 16 city. Your gas mileage probably going to suck with those big tires and inline 5. Which for me is weak side of OUR H3. But at mid 30s now. I'm no longer into the speed and power stuff anymore. Hummer is strong enough to tow up to 4500 I believe that's more than enough if I decide to do all that. All in all. It's still one of those vehicles that even though it's 2022. You can modify it to still run and look better than majority of the vehicles out today. That's fact. LED lights and other fun mods I won't get into. Its alot you can do to the hummer and still keep it looking good and running good as if it was a 2022. Plus for me is. High and 4x4 system which In Florida hurricanes season flood waters. I'm not ever worried. When I travel to family friends in winter times. Never really worried. Love my heated seats as well. Lol. I love the hummer.

Good looking truck! Enjoy it, replace the things needing replacement, and keep taking care of it! They are rare here in New England, H2’s even rarer.

MIne has treated me well. Have had to do a ton of maintenance though. Drilled out the rubber gasket to drain water and stop the rain flooding the car, replaced the radiator, replaced AC system, replaced the alternator, battery, battery connections, ignition coils, spark plugs, belt, differential bushings, and changed stock headlamps to LEDs. And that's about it besides tires, reset tire pressure monitor, fluids, window tint, clean carburetor, sat/nav, and gluing down that fake plastic ornamental top hood vent. 2006 luxury edition and 82k miles. Great car in my opinion. Gas mileage sucks though. The new full-electric Hummer looks really nice.

That sucks your antenna broke off. You got nice tires on that baby and a nice top rack. Looks like it has a bit of a lift.

My 2007 base 3.7L h3 has 231, 000 miles. My front drive shaft also made that loud clicking sound. You can restore it by adding high temp grease to the CV joints boot. Overtime, the grease leaks out or runs dry. I live in Tampa and bought it in Tampa. Hmu if you ever want to go off roading

Very nice clean H3! Overhere in NL quiet rare to see one, but there are and even officially sold for a few years. Prices are getting reasonable although running costs are high here. Especially road taxes but the 5cil in flat Holland is reasonable in fuel consumption. One thing I don't really like are the rear leaf spring suspension. Drove to many 4wd's with leaf springs in the past and not funned of that anymore. Are there kits to swap te rear to coils? There are custom companies here who can swap to air suspension but pretty expensive.

So how reliable are those engines and transmissions? How tuff is a adventure package? I’m looking at the H2 and once I found out these had yrs with a 5.3 and manual I had to check it out.
