Two things I’d _almost_ forgotten: 1) Christian Cullen was the master of long distance tries and 2) Kronfeld was great at being there, on the shoulder, for that final pass.

I was at the Italy v NZ game in 87. First game of the World Cup. Sat in the West Stand, right in front of where JK scored this try. It was great to see him weaving down the field towards us.

The way John Kirwin carved up that Italian side has always been the most awesome individual try for me but my favourite tries come from the Paekakariki Express. Christian Cullen is the silkiest player I've ever seen.

The Lomu era was exciting. His power and passion inspired a generation of players to get fit, big and step into the tackle with power. JK is still my favorite of all time though.
