❤ I am 67 years old and have been putting together oils for my face to stay away from chemicals for a short while now. I live in a lot of pain since a failed hip replacement adding on protruding discs in spine and arthritis. I feel I have much inflammation in my body and I have been saying for years the food and water is killing us. I live in a very large city in Az and I so want out, ha! I have been looking for affordable living in the country in the mountains for years and most everything taken up by airbnbs so no luck there yet. I pray always about it because I need my life to be healthier and pain free. I’m not trusting doctors as they have failed me so much so looking for a way to change my own habits. I feel so grateful to have come across your channel. I’m on a very low fixed income so cannot afford much so am trying to come up with a low cost way to live healthy. Thank you for giving us your recipes for natural skin products and encouraging a healthy diet, it’s very important to avoid all these chemicals. I would just like to give a warning to women out there to avoid deodorants containing aluminium (the majority main brands do). My breast cancer oncologist gave me this warning as they have found aluminium at the centre of some breast tumours, particularly those which are near to the arm pit. He said they could not 100% prove this had caused the tumour so these deodorants could not be withdrawn from the market. There are natural deodorants out there which I have used ever since. I only use natural products on my body and whole foods and with God’s grace, I have remained cancer free for 27 years now. God bless all of you who are facing cancer treatment out there - trust in God and he will give you strength and comfort in those difficult times 🙏❤️

Love this! As a tip for anyone who, like me, finds their skin unhappy with using just a face oil, I make cold cream and it’s super easy and effective. I use it to cleanse and remove makeup, wipe that away with a warm washcloth, and then spritz Rosewater and apply some fresh cold cream as my moisturizer at night. In the morning I don’t cleanse but just spritz and moisturize again. I find it does double duty as a beautiful makeup primer. 😊

1/4 tsp Borax
1/4 C Rosewater
1/2 C oil of choice (I use sweet almond personally, I’ve also broken the 1/2 C up into blends at various times)
2Tb beeswax pellets
5-6 drops essential oil of choice, optional

Dissolve the borax in the Rosewater and then heat to almost boiling

Heat the oil and beeswax until until melted and clear

Slowly pour the water into the oil blending with an immersion blender the whole time until it turns glossy white and thickens.

Pour into a jar with a lid, cool to room temperature and then add in essential oil if you so desire.

Thank you for another great video! And thank you for mentioning seed oils and diet in this wonderful video….I used to burn in the sun so easily, about 45 days after I removed all seed oils from my diet I noticed I didn’t burn as easily….now, two years later my skin doesn’t burn at all (note: I don’t stay out for hours on end without sun shirts or sun hats, this is just off my usual sun exposure routine as that did not change at all, just my diet improved).
I refuse to eat anything with seed oils and as a result now make 90% of our food and snacks from scratch. Yes, it’s a lot of work but worth it as it’s amazing just how much those ingredients damage our health!
