I use dark theme 💜 It doesn’t hurt my eyes as much. I’m sure there are lots of people who prefer it light theme as well. Great instruction video Victoria! Easy to follow and concise! 💜

It might be helpful to someone to show how to do it while logged in. If logged in click on your avatar in the upper right and its under appearance.

Of course they've moved the settings again...you have to click on your icon (if signed in) and then go to settings and change the appearance.

I'd like it if they added glitter or sparkles to the dark mode maybe some strobes ooo and a disco ball would be great!

thank you! the help pages are worthless here. Although things were a bit different now, this helped me find the right solution to get rid of the darn dark mode. (Can we use a more gender neutral term for the audience? On a mission to stop hearing GUYS all the time. :) I find it so much more inclusive and welcoming to say everyone, y'all, etc. <3

November 2022 and it's still not working for me. I set it to light mode, but it only works on the home page. Everything else comes up in dark mode.

everyone is different, but i like dark mode. its better on your eyes and not as bright in my opinion...:). thanks for showing people how to turn it off though, because i am sure some people do not like it.

And if you don't see the 3 on your channel icon. You will find the appearance / device settings in the drop menu .... 👍
