Whole Chicken Sprite with Oyster Sauce Ingredients:
1 whole dressed chicken, washed and drained
3 cups Sprite or 7-Up softdrinks
1 pc onion. quartered
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 thumb sized ginger, sliced
1 stalk lemongrass, pounded and tied into a knot
1/4 cup oyster sauce
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
salt and pepper for rubbing chicken
2 cups cooking oil for searing the chicken
