Great actors, both of them! I took a long pause from watching Downton Abbey because I was so sad they fell out with each other in Season 3 lol. Siobhan has worked in other great shows but I still wish she comes back because I love seeing these two together!

Thank you, writers of Downton Abbey, for not having O'Brien murdered by Barrow. I believe it would have been in bad taste to have shown her corpse being buried in the woods by him. It was, I believe, a better decision to have had her leave the house unceremoniously, given the alternative of seeing Thomas committing such a grave deed.

Siobhan is just a s pretty when she starred in the great indi film Rita, Sue and bob too. Good to see a great actress still treading the boards.

They were 2 great evil characters. One could almost forget that they were only acting. The pivotal point is that after the war Barrow changed & O'Brien didn't twig on. This ended their alliance. Good psych study in personality.

Yes, these two were fun to watch, for bad guys they are likeable but things do come back to bite them. All in the writing.

The serie lost a lot when Siobhan left.
I was sad about it.
